How to access, filter, view, and export Due Diligence Statements in the DDS Repository to ensure compliance with EUDR requirements.

Overview

The DDS Repository in the Verify Portal provides a centralized location to access and manage all Due Diligence Statements (DDS). Users, including creators, admins, and viewers, can review DDS records generated within the portal or uploaded externally.

1. Comprehensive DDS Overview

Displays all generated DDS records, whether created in the Verify Portal or externally generated and uploaded to the portal. It includes key details such as

  • Parcel ID,

  • File name,

  • Datasets linked,

  • Commodity,

  • Origin, and

  • Date generated (referring to when the DDS document was created).

2. How to Use the DDS Repository

Navigate to the 'DDS Repository' in the Verify Portal and use the filter options to sort through available DDS records. Click on a specific DDS to view detailed information, including linked datasets.

To review compliance details, select 'View DDS' to open the generated DDS in a PDF format.

3. Key Features

Filtering Options

The filtering feature helps users quickly locate specific DDS records. Users can filter DDS records based on:

  • Commodity type

  • Dataset name

  • Date of generation

  • Origin

  • Parcel ID

  • User

Viewing and Exporting DDS

Click 'View DDS' to open a PDF containing all required details for EUDR compliance.

Use the three-dot menu to 'Export' DDS, which also downloads the GeoJSON files containing the geospatial data linked to the parcel and the DDS in PDF format. These files will need to be submitted to the EU information system.
